I just found this recipe for sweet potato muffins and thought I had to share. I love this one becuase you can use sweet potatoes or pumpkin, which happens to be one of my favs. Since the holidays are coming up, I'm SO in muffin mode. LOL!!! I always love serving a variety of muffins during dinner and the next morning. I'm getting all my stuff together to get baking to try them out so I can make them again. :o)

New Diggs
Well, I finally had time to get this new template up...what do you think? I made it myself so I hope it's not to shabby. LOL
I've been learning so much the last few months about blogs and what they can do. It's really pretty neat to have so many people right at the tips of your fingers if you can make yourself stand out.
I really hope that people will read this blog and eventually find something useful...once I have more to post. ;o)
