Angry Mail

I get flak some times from people because I openly say that I take weight loss diet supplements. So many people believe that they totally aren't safe and what not. The truth is that they may not be for every one and you need to know a bunch of things about yourself like your actual health condition, the purpose of taking them or goals and be realistic about the possible results. Realizing that nothing is a quick fix is key and you can't force your results, just work towards them. As I've said, I don't take them for weight loss so I have no expectations about what the outcome will be.
