Still Hurting :o(

I'm about 2/3 of the way done with the room and I have never felt pain like this, close but nothing this bad. At first it felt like severe joint pain but then I realized it's swelling and probably tendinitis. It's really bad and no amount of over the counter stuff is helping. I don't even really take anything anymore because I know that it really doesn't help much if any and I don't want to do any damage to my organs. It really stinks though because I know that I could probably get some kind of something to help but since there's no insurance there's no way to do it without costing the arm that's hurting. Hopefully once I'm done it'll go away but for now I'm just out of luck.
